A24's Pearl is the inventive prequel to the hit horror X, directed by Ti West. Pearl's score brings back acclaimed composer Tyler Bates - this time alongside award-winner Timothy Williams (Finding You, Get Out!). An ode to the mid-century melodrama of the film, the booming, string-flooded score is an impressive feat.
