In the Himalayan foothills, rural matriarch Chandra (Vinamrata Rai) patiently waged her wars of will with the competitors for her vacation lodging, and with the local authorities over infrastructure that would benefit both business and her wheelchair-using son (Mayank Singh Jaira).
