Heavens Above (1963)

Kindly prison chaplain John Smallwood (Peter Sellers) found himself (mistakenly) reassigned as vicar to the small industrial town of Orbiston Parva. Unfortunately, it doesn't take long for Smallwood's notions of charitable attention to the community's less fortunate residents to start galling it's upper crust-leaving the church hierarchy scrambling for a solution.
