Summer Rental (1985)

Hilarious comedy from director Carl Reiner stars John Candy as overworked Atlanta air traffic controller Jack Chester, who decides to unwind by taking his family on a summer vacation to Florida. Once there, he suffers a leg injury and runs afoul of an annoying local sailing champion who owns the property he is staying at.
